to comply with legal obligations to which Sikeliacraft is subject;
to safeguard Sikeliacraft's legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties, unless the interests of the Customers prevail over the former and the latter;
evaluate the quality of the services received;
send Sikeliacraft commercial communications by email regarding the promotion of offers and discounts, including events organized by Sikeliacraft, it being understood that the Customer may at the time of the assignment and at any subsequent time request not to receive any more commercial communications.

3) PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSENT TO PROCESSING

The data requested, necessary for the completion of the purchase and for all the purposes indicated in point 2 above, are:

name and surname of the buyer;
name and surname of the recipient of the item sold (if different from that of the buyer);
residential address and shipping address (if different from the address of residence);
telephone and e-mail numbers.

The provision of this information is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the sale.

Failure to provide or incomplete communication of such data suspends the sale procedure, which can only and exclusively be concluded with the complete communication of the data and consent to the processing of the data.

Consent to processing can be revoked at any time, but only with effect for the future.

Please note that browsing data may also be processed, including p.es. IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the sikeliacraft.com Site, acquired from the computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of the Site during ordinary operation. revoke, at any time, consent to the processing of data (in relation to the processing for which such consent may be necessary), without this in any way affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
