🧼 How to care for Sikeliacraft jewelry?
Jewelry should not be submerged in water for a long time, although most of it is waterproof.
It is advisable to avoid wearing them during sports, wellness, swimming, bathing or showering activities, as they are sensitive to chemicals such as soaps, perfumes, body lotions, sea salinity and sweat.
Dust them from time to time and, if necessary, polish them with a woolen cloth.
Ceramics and corals are particularly delicate: avoid shocks or pressures.
🎁 How is jewelry packaged? Is it possible to have a gift box?
The jewels are packaged in two ways:
Standard : kraft paper bag, ribbon and shop ticket
Gift (on request at checkout): cardboard box, ribbon, shop ticket and small gadget
In both cases, you can mark the order as a gift and send a greeting message which, on request by email, will be transcribed by hand on an envelope.

Standard : Poste 1 for Italy, International Priority Mail for abroad (untracked, unsigned, deposited in a mailbox)
Drawn : Upgrade to be selected at checkout

The types of Sikeliacraft jewels are varied and for each item the specific materials are indicated.
All metal components and stones/beads are Nickel and Lead free , therefore respectful of the skin and the environment.
Most metals (except Brass, rarely used) retain Colour stability over time , if stored properly.
🔄 Is it possible to cancel or return an order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order within 6 hours of purchase .
We accept Returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (excluding customized products).
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the refund will be made after the condition of the returned product has been checked.
