3) CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI E CONSENSO AL TRATTAMENTO
The data requested, necessary for the completion of the purchase and for all the purposes indicated in point 2 above, are:

• name and surname of the buyer;
• name and surname of the recipient of the item sold (if different from that of the buyer);
• residential address and shipping address (if different from the address of residence);
• telephone and e-mail numbers.

The provision of this information is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the sale.
Failure to provide or incomplete communication of such data suspends the sale procedure, which can only and exclusively be concluded with the complete communication of the data and consent to the processing of the data.
