Summary of return rules
- Returns accepted for 14 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fees
- No items on sale
Sikeliacraft accepts returns, for any reason, under the following conditions:
- that it is contacted by email (info@sikeliacraft.com) within 14 days of delivery;
- that the item is sent back, at the expense of the customer, within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed between the parties;
- that any costs of customs duties and duties are borne by the customer;
- that it is not a custom order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional costs related to duties or other customs amounts. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The refund will be made after receiving the return, verifying its integrity and net of shipping costs and any other costs incurred for customs and duties.
