Sikeliacraft ships to Italy and most international countries.
When purchasing, customers can choose from three shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (NOT TRACKABLE)
Using Poste Italiane's "Posta 1" service for Italy and Poste Italiane's "Postapriority Internazionale" for other countries, this option offers faster delivery times than trackable methods. While this does provide a shipping code, it does not allow you to track your package during transit. - Registered Mail (TRACEABLE)
It includes Registered Mail and parcels sent by Poste Italiane or couriers. This method allows you to track your shipment throughout its journey. - Express Shipping (only for abroad)
This method must be requested directly from the seller, as the price varies greatly depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package.
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the carriers used and geographical destinations. Below is a summary of the delivery times indicated by Poste Italiane, the most used carrier:
STANDARD SHIPPING:
- POST 1 (Italy): 2 to 5 business days (from the day after sending).
- INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL:
- Europe: from 3 working days (from the day after sending).
- Mediterranean countries: from 5 working days (from the day after sending).
- North America: from 6 business days (from the day after sending).
- Rest of the Americas, Asia and Oceania: from 8 business days (from the day after sending).
- Rest of Africa: from 9 working days (from the day after sending).
REGISTERED MAIL SHIPPING (TRACEABLE):
- NATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL (Italy): 4 to 6 business days (from the day after sending).
- INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL:
- Europe: from 8 working days (from the day after sending).
- Mediterranean countries: from 12 working days (from the day after sending).
- North America and Oceania: from 16 business days (from the day after sending).
- Rest of the World: from 22 working days (from the day after sending).
Trackable shipping requires signature upon delivery; Therefore, the recipient must provide an address where someone is present to receive the package. To facilitate the delivery of the traceable shipment, Sikeliacraft requires the customer to provide a telephone number to be indicated to the carrier.
