The conditions of sale contained in this document constitute and define, together with the completion of the online purchase process, the contract between the customer and Sikeliacraft, for the supply of products purchased through the site: www. Sikeliacraft.com.

1) ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

No other commercial conditions may apply, which are not specifically agreed between the customer and Sikeliacraft by email.

Users of the site will be able to register on it to access their personal area functional to the purchase and other services (order history, order status and reviews).

It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false data, of third parties or fiction, in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract.

The acceptance of the Terms of Sale is a mandatory step during the purchase phase, therefore, once the customer has placed an order, he will declare that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure (including the description and photos of the item(s) and that he fully accepts the general terms and conditions of sale and payment contained in this document; also undertaking, once the online purchase has been completed, to print and store this "Terms and Conditions of Sale" document.

2) PURCHASE METHODS, ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

To make purchases on the SIKELIACRAFT.COM site the user must:

  • register on the site;
  • add the desired products to the cart;
  • check the quantities;
  • select the shipping method;
  • complete the order by entering personal and shipping data;
  • accept the conditions of sale;
  • and finish the purchase process by making the payment.

The customer will receive an order confirmation and acceptance message by email with communications relating to the progress of the orders, payment confirmations and their shipment.

In the case of purchase by Bank Transfer and PayPal top-up, the customer will receive an email message with payment instructions upon confirmation of the order.

Please note that the confirmation message is generated automatically by the system, therefore the Customer must verify the correctness of the data entered and if errors are found, he must promptly communicate any corrections by email.

Sikeliacraft is not responsible in the event of incorrect communications and information that may affect any activity functional to the success of the purchase (invoicing and shipping).

3) AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

Most of the items in the catalog, unless otherwise mentioned, are ready for delivery.

However, since access and the way of placing online orders change the availability of the product in real time, which is also present in other sales platforms, Sikeliacraft does not guarantee the assignment of the ordered goods if they are not available at the last minute. In this case, you will be contacted with the following options:

  • extension of processing times to replicate the same item (compatibly with the procurement of supplies from third parties);
  • request for replacement with another item of equal value;
  • issuance of a discount voucher of the same value to be used at a later date (within 12 months);
  • Full refund of the order.

4) PAYMENT METHODS

The payment methods accepted by Sikeliacraft are:

5) ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES, SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

Order processing times vary from 3 to 5 working days when not ready for delivery. For some items that require slower or more complex processing or for the procurement of supplies from third parties, the times may be longer; In these cases, customers will be informed.

Sikeliacraft ships to Italy and most countries outside Italy.

There are three shipping methods that can be chosen at the time of purchase:

1) Standard (NOT TRACEABLE)
Poste Italiane's "Posta 1" for Italy and Poste Italiane's "Postapriority Internazionale" for all other countries.
This method is faster than traceable, it issues a code that certifies the shipment but which does not correspond to traceability.

2) Registered Mail (TRACEABLE)
Registered mail or parcels from Poste Italiane or couriers. These are shipping methods that can be tracked throughout the entire journey route.

3) Express (only for abroad) with a cost to be agreed on a case-by-case basis with the seller.

Shipping and delivery times depend on the carriers and regions of destination.

The delivery times indicated by the most widely used carrier Poste Italiane are summarized as follows:

MAIL 1 for Italy, from 2 to 5 working days (from the day after sending);
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL
for Europe: from 3 working days (from the day after sending);
for countries in the Mediterranean basin: from 5 working days (from the day after sending);
for North America: from 6 working days (from the day after sending);
for the rest of the Americas, the rest of Asia and Oceania: from 8 working days (from the day after sending);
for the rest of Africa from 9 working days (from the day after sending).


REGISTERED MAIL SHIPPING (TRACEABLE):
NATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL for Italy: 4 to 6 working days (from the day after sending);
INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL
for Europe: from 8 working days (from the day after sending);
for countries in the Mediterranean basin: from 12 working days (from the day after sending);
for North America and Oceania: from 16 working days (from the day after sending);
for the rest of the world: from 22 working days (from the day after sending).


Tracked shipping requires a signature at the time of delivery, so it will be the buyer's responsibility to provide an address where there is someone to receive the delivery.

Sikeliacraft, in order to facilitate the delivery of the Traceable shipment, asks the customer for a telephone number to be indicated to the Carrier.

Sikeliacraft is not liable for missed deliveries due to the absence of the recipient.

SikeliaCraft is not responsible for any postal inefficiencies, delays, losses or stocks.

6) PRICES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS, INVOICING, LOCAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Sikeliacraft currently operates under an ordinary VAT number, therefore the prices of the items are to be considered VAT included.

The additional costs refer to the shipping costs that are reported in the order summary before the payment is completed and also in the purchase receipt sent at the end of the process.

Sikeliacraft as a distance seller is not required to issue an invoice for each sale, therefore those who need it must request it and it will be sent to them.

Items destined outside the EU may be subject to customs fees that vary between countries and local regulations and relate to the product category and value of the item. Sikeliacraft will indicate this data in the transport documents so that local customs can formulate the import cost that is borne by the recipient when due.

Sikeliacraft will not require the buyer from countries outside the EU for local customs clearance fees nor will it be held responsible for any delays due to customs clearance operations of items purchased on its site.

7) RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Sikeliacraft accepts returns, for any reason, under the following conditions:

  • that it is contacted by email within 14 days of delivery;
  • that the item is sent back, at the expense of the customer, within 14 days of delivery.
  • that it is not a custom order.

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The refund will be made after receiving the return, verifying its integrity and net of shipping costs.

FOR ANYTHING NOT PROVIDED FOR IN THIS DOCUMENT, IT IS POSSIBLE TO DEROGATE WITH SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND SIKELIACRAFT BY EMAIL.

THEREFORE, THE CLIENT SHOULD NOT HESITATE TO MAKE HIS OWN PROPOSALS THAT SIKELIACRAFT, WHERE POSSIBLE, MAY ACCEPT. AND VICE VERSA SIKELIACRAFT MAY MAKE PROPOSALS TO THE CUSTOMER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHICH THE CUSTOMER MAY ACCEPT.
